At IFAST, we want to ensure your home gym setup meets your performance standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your equipment, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Disassemble the equipment and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our facility without damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality and completeness, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
